The BSH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors has low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 8.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 28.3 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 4800 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2560 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed with a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets the protection class IP65 standard. An integral holding brake is included. For operating this synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
