Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is configured as a single-turn with 16 periods per revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. Electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The end of the shaft is designed as a keyed shaft conforming to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets the protection class IP65. An electromagnetic brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
