The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 7000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. It results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 930 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to the protection rating IP65. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated.
