General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store, by both consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

Contradictory or additional general terms and conditions of an entrepreneur are only part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Facilities

The purchase contract is concluded with WSU INDUSTRIALS GMBH.

By placing products in our online store, we submit a binding offer. Products can be placed in the shopping cart without obligation and all entries can be corrected at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer by clicking on the order button and receiving a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The contract language is German. Other languages may be offered optionally. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions via email. You can also view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the product prices, shipping costs are added. Details about shipping costs are provided with the respective offers.

There is the option of picking up at WSU INDUSTRIALS GMBH, Pascalstraße 17, 52076 Aachen, Germany during the following business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

5. Payment

In our store, various payment methods are available, including prepayment, cash on pickup, credit card, Apple Pay, giropay, Google Pay, paydirekt, PayPal, Sofort by Klarna, and purchase on account. Specific details for each payment method are provided during the ordering process.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details of the right of withdrawal are provided in the withdrawal instruction. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment. For entrepreneurs, additionally: We retain ownership of the goods until full settlement of all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship. You are authorized to resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; all resulting claims are assigned to us in advance in the amount of the invoice, and we accept this assignment.

8. Transport Damage

If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain about such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible to enable us to assert our claims against the carrier.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for claims for defects by entrepreneurs is one year from the transfer of risk.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, in accordance with the Product Liability Act, and for guarantees assumed. Liability for breaches of essential contractual obligations is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, our place of business is the jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and the customer.
