No, we don't have a minimum order value.
Do business customers get special pricing?
Our online shop applies the same prices for both private and business customers. For larger volumes please send us an inquiry at sales@wsu-industrials.com.
Do you offer discounts?
We rely on permanently fair prices instead of short-term promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about offers and price reductions.
Can I order products that aren't listed in the online shop?
We continuously expand our range. Send us your availability request at sales@wsu-industrials.com.
Are there alternative products?

Returns & Withdrawal
How long is the right of withdrawal?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. More information in our terms and conditions.
What are the return conditions?
You can return goods within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the goods are unused and in their original condition. Details in our withdrawal policy.

Can I drop off a return in person?
Yes, you can hand in your return directly at our location.
How long does it take to process my complaint?
Each complaint is handled individually. We will keep you informed about the status and next steps.
What is the status of my return?
You can check the status using your shipping carrier's tracking. Once we receive the return, we conduct an inspection and then send the credit note by email.
Am I entitled to a refund after a return?
After the inspection, you receive the credit on the payment method used for the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer permanently low shipping rates. Subscribe to our newsletter to benefit from shipping promotions.
Why does the customer pay for returns?
Customer-paid returns help us keep our prices competitive long-term. Use our free product consulting to avoid returns and find the right product for your needs.
How do I get my tracking number?
Find your tracking ID in your customer account under «Orders». You will also receive shipping status updates by email.
How long does delivery take with bank transfer (prepayment)?
Payment processing adds about 1–2 days. Once payment arrives, your order is processed immediately.
Can I redirect my parcel to a preferred location?
With your tracking ID you can redirect delivery to a preferred location via the DHL or DPD app.
Do you deliver to Packstation?
We don't deliver directly to Packstations. You can however ask the carrier to redirect your parcel to one.
My parcel shows as delivered but I didn't receive it — what now?
Please contact us by email so we can investigate the parcel's whereabouts. Inquiries can take several weeks.
What happens if I'm not at home for delivery?
The carrier usually leaves a notification if your parcel was deposited at a pickup point. Use the tracking ID to take next steps.
How long do freight deliveries take?
Freight deliveries take a bit longer and are announced in advance by email.
Can the delivery address be changed after ordering?
Changes are only possible to a limited extent. Send your change request by email to support@wsu-industrials.com.
Payment & Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Your credit will automatically be transferred to the payment method used at order. For prepayment please share your bank details with us.
My credit note or correction is incorrect — what can I do?
Please write to support@wsu-industrials.com so we can review the case.
How can I complete my order if the payment failed?
Please choose an alternative payment method. If the first attempt was already charged, please notify us immediately.
Other
Can gift cards be combined?
We currently don't offer gift cards. We occasionally issue vouchers as part of campaigns — these cannot be combined.
