Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs within Germany are automatically calculated at checkout.
EU Shipping
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Non-EU Shipping
We ship worldwide, excluding critical war zones and embargoed countries. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, international shipments are carried out according to the Incoterm CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To). This means that we cover the costs of shipping and insurance, while the customer is responsible for all subsequent costs incurred upon import, such as customs duties, import taxes, and other clearance fees. For deliveries to all EU and non-EU countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
Delivery Periods
Our products are ready for immediate dispatch and, provided there are no complications, shipping takes place immediately after receipt of payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the current situation, longer delivery times may occur in some cases. In the event of a delivery delay or supply bottlenecks, we will inform the customer as quickly as possible.
Additional Information
Delivery Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please note that despite careful maintenance of our systems, errors in the calculation of shipping costs may occur in exceptional cases. The seller therefore reserves the right to subsequently adjust the shipping costs to the actual costs incurred, provided these deviate significantly from the amounts originally stated. Such an adjustment will only take place after prior notification of the buyer and with their consent. If the buyer does not agree to the adjustment, both parties have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
