Double sided adhesive foam tape, a closed cell polyethylene foam, coated on both sides with acrylic based adhesive, equipped with release paper. Excellent resistance to pressure, easy to form, very good resistance to UV, aging, moisture, oils, solvents and plasticizers, strong instant adhesion. Use for a wide variety of heavy-duty installations, including vertical ones, indoors and outdoors instead of riveting, screwing and liquid adhesives, especially good for bonding even to inelastic materials with irregular, rough surfaces (wood, masonry, concrete, paints): Surface mounting of cable ducts, cable clamps, switch boxes, attachment of badges, displays and signs, also made of and on plastic, shock-resistant and vibration-damped soft mounting of assemblies (e.g. printed circuit boards, control panels, fittings), effective reduction of sound transmission (rattle protection), positive seals against dust, water, steam, wind and light, also for closing air outlets for energy saving.
