The BSH series of Lexium 32 servo drives feature a three-phase AC servo motor with low rotor inertia that allows for high acceleration capabilities for dynamic applications. Thanks to its winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 0.5 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 1.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, with a voltage-dependent continuous rated power of up to 440 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight configuration. The motor flange is 55 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP54 protection class.
