Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 series servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high performance density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1080 W is obtained. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
