Il prodotto fa parte della gamma Modicon M580, un'offerta di controllori di automazione programmabili (PAC) e controllori logici programmabili di sicurezza (PLC) con Ethernet integrata. Il modulo di comunicazione ha 3 porte rivestite. Integra 3 connettori Ethernet RJ45. Grazie ad un rivestimento protettivo sul circuito stampato, questo prodotto può essere utilizzato in ambienti gravosi. Servizi di comunicazione: gestione della larghezza di banda, server FDR, scanner e messaggistica Modbus TCP I/O, scanner e messaggistica EtherNet/IP I/O, interruttore integrato a 4 porte, supporto RSTP, amministratore di rete SNMP, ecc. È un modulo di comunicazione con un assorbimento di corrente di 555 mA, e funziona con l'alimentazione interna. Il prodotto è classificato IP20. Peso: 0,2 kg.
