The BSH series of the Lexium 32 servo drive range consists of three-phase AC servo motors which feature a low rotor moment of inertia, allowing for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo motor has a nominal holding torque of 33.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 131.9 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, the rated speed is up to 3600 RPM. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 4190 W. The built-in encoder is single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) designed as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 + M23, angled and rotatable by 90 degrees. For mounting, the motor flange measures 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is designed with a keyway and in compliance with protection class IP65. The motor housing is also rated protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
