Description
The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 27.8 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 90.2 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 3600 RPM. A voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 3430 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods/rotation (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 + M23 connectors, angled and rotatable at 90°. For mounting, the motor flange is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is designed with a keyway and complies with the IP65 protection class. The motor housing is IP65 rated. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
