Description
The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This range of three-phase AC servo motors has a low rotor moment of inertia, allowing for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal holding torque of 10 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 40.5 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 3600 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated output of up to 2.6 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in the form of SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm in diameter. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and designed in accordance with protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
