The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 8.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 28.3 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 4800 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2560 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) in SinCos Hiperface form. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed with a parallel key and conforms to the protection type IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection type IP65. A holding brake is integrated.
