BSH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, which allows for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 0.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 1.5 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can reach up to 9000 RPM. The rated power is voltage-dependent and can reach up to 440 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a key way and is in compliance with the protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake available. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
