Description
A servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and can achieve a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 5000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The motor flange for mounting is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP54 protection type. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection type. An holding brake is integrated. For operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium LXM32 series of servo amplifiers is recommended.
