Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 4000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1200 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with IP65 protection. The motor housing is also IP65 rated. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
