Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 6500 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1540 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforming to the IP54 protection type. The motor housing is IP65 rated. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
