The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1080 W is achieved. The built-in encoder operates as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) and is designed as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. There is no holding brake available.
