The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology used, it results in a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage, up to 5000 r/min. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 680 W. The built-in encoder is implemented as a Multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyed shaft and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake.
