Description
The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology used, it results in a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 1.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage, up to 5000 r/min. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 680 W. The built-in encoder is implemented as a Multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyed shaft and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
