Descripción
The Lexium 32 series servo motor BSH is a range of three-phase AC servo motors with low rotor inertia, allowing for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 27.8 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 90.2 Nm. It has a rated speed depending on the supply voltage of up to 3600 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 3430 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. Electrical connections are made via connectors M40 + M23 in a straight configuration. The motor flange is 140 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with the IP65 protection rating. The motor housing is also rated to IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo drives are recommended.
