General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by both consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

Conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of an entrepreneur shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with WSU INDUSTRIALS GMBH.

By placing the products in our online shop, we submit a binding offer. Products can initially be placed in the shopping cart without obligation, and all entries can be corrected at any time before submitting the binding order. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button and receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The contract language is German. Other languages may be offered optionally. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

Shipping costs are added to the product prices. Details about shipping costs can be found in the respective offers.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, international shipments are carried out according to the Incoterm CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To). This means that we cover the costs of shipping and insurance, while the customer is responsible for all subsequent costs incurred upon import, such as customs duties, import taxes, and other clearance fees.

Pickup is possible at WSU INDUSTRIALS GMBH, Pascalstraße 17, 52076 Aachen, Germany during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM.

5. Payment

Various payment methods are available in our shop, including advance payment, cash payment upon pickup, credit card, Apple Pay, giropay, Google Pay, paydirekt, PayPal, Sofort by Klarna, and purchase on account. Specific details for each payment method will be provided during the ordering process.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The details of the right of withdrawal are explained in the Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung). A voluntary right of withdrawal is not granted to entrepreneurs.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We retain ownership of the goods until all claims from the ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You are entitled to resell the goods in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising therefrom in the amount of the invoice total.

8. Transport Damage

In the case of delivery of obviously damaged goods, we ask you to complain to the deliverer immediately and contact us so that we can assert claims against the carrier.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory liability for defects applies. The limitation period for warranty claims for entrepreneurs is one year from the transfer of risk.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, in accordance with the Product Liability Act, and in the event of assuming guarantees. Liability for the breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable damage.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, our place of business shall be the place of jurisdiction for all disputes.
