Servo motor BSH from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, allowing for high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density in a compact design is achieved. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 11.1 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 27 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed goes up to 3600 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 3170 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. Electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, turned and rotatable by 90 degrees. The motor flange for mounting is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is executed with a keyway and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated.
