The BSH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 range of servo drives. This series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous torque of 10 Nm and can reach a peak torque of 40.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3600 rpm, depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated output of up to 2.6 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is designed with a woodruff key and complies with the IP65 protection rating. The motor housing is in accordance with IP65 protection. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
