BSH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. This range of three-phase AC servo motors has low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal permanent standstill torque of 0.8 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 2.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 670 W. The built-in encoder is executed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with IP65 protection. The motor housing is also IP65 protected. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
