Servo motor BSH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 0.8 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 2.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 670 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. For mounting, the motor flange is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is designed with a Woodruff key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing conforms to protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
