The BSH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, which enables high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 0.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 1.5 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 9000 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated output of up to 440 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 55 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 9 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. The LXM32 series Lexium servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
