The BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors has a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 48Nm and reaches a peak torque of 144Nm. Its rated speed is up to 2000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 6.07 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 and M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing is in accordance with the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated.
