Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 22.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 72 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 3000 rpm. There is a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 4370 W. The built-in encoder is multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) designed as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection rating. The motor housing is also rated to IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
