The Lexium 32 servo motor series BMH is a range of three-phase AC servo motors with a medium rotor inertia, perfectly suited for high-load applications. Thanks to its winding technology a very high power density can be achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 22.5 Nm and can achieve a peak torque of 72 Nm. It has a rated speed of up to 3000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can be up to 4370 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) and implemented as SinCos Hiperface. Electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets the IP65 protection standard. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo controllers are recommended.
