Servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 7.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 25.5 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 3000 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent nominal output of up to 2280 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable for mounting, the motor flange measures 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm and the shaft end is designed with a keyway and in accordance with protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65.
