The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for high-load applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.1 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3500 rpm depending on the supply voltage. There is a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1760 W. The built-in encoder is a single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) executed as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled and rotatable by 90°. The mounting flange for the motor is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP54 standard. The motor housing is IP65 rated. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
