The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.1 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.3 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed is up to 3500 rpm. There is a voltage-dependent rated power up to 1760 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP54 protection standard. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake available. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
