The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal standstill torque of 6.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 5000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W is obtained. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The end of the shaft is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
