The servo motor BMH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. The winding technology results in a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on supply voltage. There is a voltage-dependent rated power up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is configured as multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing is rated at protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
