Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature medium rotor inertia and are perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed, dependent on the supply voltage, goes up to 5000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, turned and rotatable by 90 degrees. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to the IP65 protection class. The motor housing complies with IP65 protection. There is no holding brake. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo controllers are recommended.
