The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. It has a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled and rotatable by 90 degrees. The motor flange is 100 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and confirms to protection class IP65. The motor housing meets IP65 protection. An integrated holding brake is included.
