BMH series servo motor as part of the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors feature an intermediate rotor inertia moment and are perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. It has a voltage-dependent continuous power up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface design. Electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to IP54 protection class. The motor housing is rated at IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake present. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium range LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
