BMH series servomotor of the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. It results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1520 W. The built-in encoder is executed as multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electric connection is via 2x M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection rating IP65. The motor housing corresponds to the protection rating IP65. A holding brake is integrated. The LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
