Servo motor BMH of the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. It results in a voltage-dependent rated output of up to 1520 W. The built-in encoder is a multiturn version with 128 periods / revolution (128x1024x4096) realized as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor mount is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to the protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
