Servo motor BMH series of the Lexium 32 servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. The winding technology results in a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous standstill torque of 3.4 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 6500 rpm depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1540 W is achieved. The built-in encoder is designed as single turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 14 mm. The shaft end is smooth and designed to comply with protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
