Servo motor BMH series for Lexium 32 servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 5000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1080 W. The built-in encoder is designed as multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled and rotatable at 90°. The motor flange for mounting is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to the IP65 protection rating. The motor housing is in accordance with IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
