The BMH series servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive range. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly adapted for applications with heavy loads. Thanks to winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal holding torque of 1.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 4.2 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 7000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power is up to 930 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is designed as a keyway and conforms to the protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. The LXM32 series Lexium servo controllers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
