The BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH range of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia moment and is perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. The winding technology results in a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 6.0 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 18.0 Nm. Its rated speed depends on the supply voltage and can be up to 5000 rpm. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 2270 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The shaft end is designed as a feather key and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. There is no holding brake available. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
