Description
The BMH servo motor of the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors have an average rotor inertia and are perfectly adapted for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 3.4 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 10.2 Nm. Its rated speed, depending on the supply voltage, is up to 4000 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1200 W results. The built-in encoder is executed as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors in a straight design. The mounting flange for the motor is 100 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 19 mm. The end of the shaft is smooth and conforms to the IP54 protection standard. The motor housing corresponds to the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, we recommend the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers.
