Lexium 32-Servo drives' servo motor BSH series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 27.8 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 90.2 Nm. Depending on the supply voltage, its rated speed can reach up to 3600 rpm. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 3430 W is achieved. The integrated encoder is executed as a mult turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 + M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is smooth and compliant with protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with protection class IP65. There is no holding brake present. The Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
