Servo motor BSH from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This range of three-phase AC servo motors has low rotor inertia, which allows for high acceleration capacity for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 27.8 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 90.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3600 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power reaches up to 3430 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in the form of a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is designed with a feather key and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
