Servo motor BSH of the Lexium 32 servo drive series. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a low rotor inertia, which allows high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a higher power density in a compact design. This servo has a rated continuous stall torque of 27.8 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 90.2 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3600 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 3430 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via connectors 2x M23, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing is also IP65 rated. There is no holding brake present. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
