The BSH series servo motor of the Lexium 32 servo drive range. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, there is a higher power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 19.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 60.1 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 3600 RPM depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 3660 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface style. The electrical connection is made via connectors M40 + M23, angled at 90 degrees and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is equipped with a keyway and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing complies with IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
