Description
The BSH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This BSH series of three-phase AC servo motors features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 19.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 60.1 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 3600 rpm depending on the supply voltage, with a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 3660 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods per revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 140 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm, with the shaft end being smooth and conforming to IP65 protection. The motor housing also has IP65 protection. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers of the Lexium series LXM32 are recommended.
